UNIF offers returns on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that all sale items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return or exchange.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
